This is your final Profit Lesson. I want to review with you everything
you've learned from the previous lessons and throw in some new tips
to help you get started.

#1 - The Basics Of The Note Business!
I deal with investors that have the money we need to buy "seller
financed" mortgage notes. Most notes are secured by real estate
but we can buy any kind of payment stream, including annuities and
lottery winnings. You will have access to the money from these investors
through me. There are also never any up-front costs for the sellers.

#2 - The Step-By-Step Process!
A lot of sellers want to or are sometimes forced to (especially
in a slow real estate market) act like a bank and do what's called
a seller "carry back" mortgage.

Lesson #3 - We Come To The Rescue!
Some seller (especially after they have had some problems collecting
the monthly payments) want to get out of the note business and are
ripe and ready to sell their note as long as they can get cash for
it now. So here's where you and I come to the rescue because we
can give the sellers cash for their notes.

#4 - Sally Wants Cash Now!
Once a note holder finds out that he or she can get the cash they
want for their note, we can offer to buy either the whole note or
just a part of it. We'll do whatever the seller wants.

#5 - Here's How You Make A Profit On This!
After you get a quote of what the investor will pay for the note,
you simply offer the seller something less. How much less is strictly
determined by you. The difference between what the investor is going
to pay for the note and what you offered the seller is the commission
for transacting the deal.

#6 - You Get A Check For $2,500!
Once the seller accepts the offer, and I receive the paperwork from
you, I'll start the process. Within a few weeks we are ready to
close the deal. The investor gets the note, the seller gets the
cash, and you'll get a check for 50% of the commission..
